Join us as we support our AAPI brothers and sisters in what has quickly become a staple in Baltimore. September 21st from 3p-11p. Ida B’s Table will be there serving Yat Gaw Mein. Yat Gaw Mein is a dish found in both Creole and Asian restaurants throughout the south and has become a staple in soul food. Origin points to the now extinct Chinatown in New Orleans. Our Asian brothers and sisters moved there while building the railroads in America and the noodle dish adapted to the Southern Cuisine. We hope to see you there.
