A Chef's Dinner Series on the African Diaspora Featuring Lanterna Distributors

This month we are kicking off a monthly series featuring Chopped Champion David Thomas. Five course meal with wine pairings selected by Chef David Thomas and bar manager Alex Dang.

This series focuses on a journey through the African diaspora. Through Chef David Thomas's research, he has found that there is a story behind every dish. Chef's Thomas's mission is to show soul food in a different light and to cook it in the reverence that it is due.

Ida B's Table shows off soul food in this way, but in our daily operation, we are not able to branch out and experiment as much as we would like. This series is an opportunity to have conversations, learn, and listen to the African diaspora through the creations of Chef David Thomas.
