Our menu reflects Chef David’s commitment to sourcing local produce and proteins whenever possible, with a preference for non-GMO foods, organically grown, and at the height of their seasonal freshness. A full list of our local farm purveyors and other local business partners is below. We are also in the midst of securing several values-based certifications, including True Blue Seafood Certification, Safe Bars, and Certified Green Restaurant.
